Richard Breen is the co-owner and Broker of Breen Realty. He has been in Real Estate for 25 years and his experience and knowledge is remarkable. He has been one of the top agents in the area for many years and knows the business inside and out. Richard and his wife, Kara opened Breen Realty in 1992 after leaving Coldwell Banker. A flood occurred in downtown Cambria in 1995 which destroyed their business. Richard and Kara turned adversity into opportunity and from 1995 on, Richard was the Top Grossing Commission broker in Cambria from 1995-2005, specializing in coastal ranches, vineyards, ocean front & ocean view premium homes, and land from Northern Big Sur to Southern San Luis Obispo County. He has a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling and taught communication courses for 15 years. Richard enjoys giving back to the community in many ways and also loves his 3 daughters, son, and three beautiful granddaughters.

Kara Breen moved to Cambria when she was 6. She has worked in Real Estate for 25 years. Being a broker and co-owner of Breen Realty and living in this wonderful area her whole life, she has extensive knowledge of this area. She has been highly involved in Real Estate property management, office management, and escrow coordination. Richard and Kara have wonderful 7 year old twins, Mason and Madison. They also have two older daughters, a couple of wonderful son-in-laws, and three beautiful granddaughters. They spend as much family time as possible, while managing their work while the kids are in school. Kara is very helpful and great at making money, make money. Even in hard economic times, Kara can find the best opportunity to invest in.

Chelsea Breen McLaughlin was born and raised here on the beautiful Central Coast. Being raised in a home learning about Real Estate she decided to get her Real Estate license in 2002 while going to college full time. She began working for Coast Village Properties in Santa Barbara/Montecito as a Transaction Coordinator for two years. School then took her down to San Diego to finish her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology and Psychology. She currently lives in Cambria with her family. She is an energetic and active agent who is excited to help people in any way she can. She is very hard working and her positive, helpful attitude assist in building a strong professional relationship.

Bob Kasper is a seasoned Central Coast real estate agent who is also a successful entrepreneur with a deep background in project management and an MBA from USC (Finance emphasis). He is married with two boys, ages 6 and 7. When he is not coaching his sons' athletic teams, he enjoys baseball, golf, hiking the trails of Cambria and fine wine.

Don and Suzanne first came to Cambria in 1985 from New England and have followed the local real estate market since then. They are both graduates of the University of MA, Amherst and spent many years in social work and property management, as well as starting and managing several small businesses. They have extensive experience in real estate and have been with Breen Realty since 2006. They are familiar with the communities of the central coast and Cambria specifically, and look forward to working with you.

Lynn has more than 10 years experience in the land planning field working in both San Luis Obispo County and the Central San Joaquin Valley as a City and County Planner, Planning Director, and private consultant. Her knowledge of land use and real estate development is one of her strengths as a Realtor.

Her clients' needs and goals are her top priority. The other is to ensure that her clients have an enjoyable real estate experience. She does this by being a trusted advisor, a great listener, a knowledgeable practitioner, and skilled negotiator.

Lynn is married to Kirk, and they have 3 sons, ages 8, 10 and 12. "The beauty of real estate for me is that I can work hard for my clients, helping them achieve their dreams or simply taking care of their needs, and at the same time be available for my family." When not working or volunteering with Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, youth sports, the Cambria Garden Tour or her church, Lynn is out gardening and exploring all the beautiful places of San Luis Obispo County with her boys.
